Throughout these terms, “parents” and “guardians” refer to the adults responsible for a child's participation in Wolf Kids activities — the people who sign the charter at enrollment and agree to abide by it. “Wolf Kids” collectively designates the staff and administration dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for all participants.

A signed Terms & Conditions charter specific to the chosen service (Group Sessions or Private Sessions) is provided at registration; that signed document is the binding agreement and prevails over this summary.

Parents must complete the registration form provided by Wolf Kids, which includes information about the child, the parent's contact details and any medical contraindications. Required documents may include medical certificates and parental authorizations. Fees and current pass options are confirmed at registration.

A free trial session is available for children joining the programme.

Payments must be made before the start of each session; otherwise access may be denied. Sessions and passes are non-refundable and valid only for the dates they were purchased for — if a family cancels or misses sessions, the pass may expire without compensation. Exceptions may be considered by Wolf Kids on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances.

Wolf Kids reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine classes, programmes or activities due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts are made to provide advance notice and suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Group session times vary by community and season — mainly mornings on weekends and late afternoons on weekdays and weekends. The academy may offer to freeze or extend memberships during temporary closures (such as seasonal breaks); this does not apply to illness, injury or personal circumstances except in exceptional situations subject to Wolf Kids approval. Memberships cannot be transferred to another child.

الحصص الجماعية

Please notify Wolf Kids in advance of any anticipated delay. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to join the session, to avoid disrupting the group; repeated lateness may result in exclusion from future sessions. Exceptions are at Wolf Kids' discretion, case by case.

الحصص الخاصة

If the student is up to 10 minutes late, the coach waits and the session proceeds on its planned end time. Beyond 10 minutes the coach may shorten the session accordingly, and if the delay exceeds 20 minutes with no one available, the session may be considered forfeited. A tolerance of up to 10 minutes is likewise allowed for the Wolf Kids team to arrive on site.

Group activities are designed for children aged 3 to 11, organised in three main age groups (3–5, 4–6 and 6–11) based on age and each child's individual abilities; exceptions may be made from 2.5 years old and for some children aged 12. Around age 6, placement may be assessed so every child joins the group best suited to their confidence and physical abilities.

Private sessions cover the general age range of 2.5 to 16 years old.

Wolf Kids may communicate important updates via WhatsApp, email, SMS or posted notices. Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and current.

By enrolling their child, parents grant Wolf Kids permission to use photographs, videos or other media featuring their child's participation for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. Every child's privacy and dignity are respected in any published content, and exceptions can be made on specific request.

Parents and guardians commit to encouraging their child to treat other members, staff and coaches with respect and to demonstrate fair play. Any form of harassment, discrimination or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership. Wolf Kids reserves the right to block access or terminate a membership without notice in case of non-compliance or inappropriate behaviour.

Parents and guardians are welcome to attend sessions as spectators. They are responsible for supervising their children before and after sessions at the designated location; during the session, children are under the academy's supervision. Wolf Kids recommends accompanying children at the scheduled start time and picking them up promptly at the end.

To stay safe, children should follow the coaches' instructions, wear appropriate equipment and light, bright clothing for sun protection, drink water regularly, avoid intense activity during the hottest parts of the day, respect other participants, and report any dangerous behaviour or injury.

In the event of an accident during a session, prompt medical assistance will be sought — securing the victim and other participants, calling emergency services and administering first aid if needed. Wolf Kids will not be responsible for costs or consequences resulting from such injuries or medical emergencies.

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including injuries or health issues. Parents choose to allow their child to participate fully aware of these risks, and acknowledge their responsibility to inform Wolf Kids of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or disabilities that may affect participation.

Wolf Kids is not liable for loss, theft or damage to children's personal belongings during activities. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by their children's willful acts or negligence to Wolf Kids facilities, services, products or equipment.

Outdoor scheduling may be affected by weather conditions. Wolf Kids reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel outdoor activities for safety reasons when needed.

Wolf Kids may have specific dress code requirements or designated uniforms for certain sports or activities. Parents agree to ensure their children wear the appropriate attire during participation.

Parents and guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Kids, including its staff, coaches and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, damages or costs arising from their children's participation in academy activities or any violation of the membership terms and conditions.

Any dispute related to membership or services will first be addressed through amicable negotiation; if no resolution is reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration. Wolf Kids encourages open communication — parents should raise any issue with the management team for prompt and fair resolution.

Wolf Kids reserves the right to modify, update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and will make every effort to inform parents and guardians of changes through appropriate channels.

By signing the charter and enrolling their child, parents and guardians confirm they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions, including the expectations for conduct, participation and safety — and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to termination of membership.
